Berlin-based Builtech Holding unites specialised businesses from all areas of technical building equipment to form the leading group of companies in the German-speaking region and is a portfolio company of the financial investor Auctus Capital Partners AG in Munich.

Based in Flörsheim am Main, Hesse, CMS electric, a technology company for energy and communication networks, has been offering system solutions for industrial and commercial companies as well as local authorities and government agencies for thirty years.

A team of lawyers and tax advisors from Frankfurt and Munich provided the shareholders of CMS electric GmbH with legal and tax advice on all issues relating to the sale of their company shares.
